Training Flyers

(Word Doc)
The i3
professional development program immerses educators in a 42-hour, hands-on
training that models successful curriculum & technology integration where
professional self-actualization occurs. The training facilitates change
in the individual educator's instruction methods and their classroom
design, resulting in greater student achievement.
Participants journey with their facilitators through multiple technology-infused
lessons, focusing first on curriculum standards, and second, on technology
integration strategies where the focus is on becoming comfortable with
technical skills. Educators participate in technology-infused lessons
where classroom management strategies and best-practice teaching designs
are modeled and practiced. Teachers read and discover educational
pedagogy, leading to a realization of the need for change. This journey brings
a focus on curriculum integration while proficiency with productivity software,
web based curriculum resources, electronic literature, email and
multimedia resources is built.
